Update: I can no longer play Singleplayer, I started the game to see if the SC issue fixed itself but it didn't. I quit the game and started it back again only to now know it won't read my activation key bs Despite restarting my router, restarting my PC, and using a VPN.

Well, after seeing the new update preview, I can't help but think if I should still save up for Hydra or go on a spending spree with the new cars.
